Registration for the 2024 is now open!
Please click on the link for online registration. Make sure you are registering for the MIDDLE SCHOOL team (not the high school team, they use Pickle Juice too). If you registered your child last year you will need to log in instead of creating new account. The singlet sizes run large, you might want to order a size down (they will be able to exchange sizes at practice if it does not fit). Please see practice information below for dates and times. More information will be emailed about meet schedules and practice as soon as it is available. I will also communicate via Team Snap, and that information will be emailed to you as well. Practice Information:
Mini Camp: There will be a mini camp this summer on July 15th, 16th, and 17th from 8:00- 9:30 am, more information will be sent via email.
Practice: Practices will be begin on July 22nd. They will be twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7 pm at Sweet Apple park and they will run through the season.
Where: Practices will be held at Sweet Apple Park. We will meet at the soccer parking lot. Please check in at table by concession stand.
Mileage: Our goal is to have the runners log 1 to 3 miles at each practice. They will run 2 miles in meets and we will work on improving our running times throughout the season.
Wear: Comfortable and cool running clothes and most importantly GOOD running shoes!
Bring: WATER! Please make sure you have enough for the whole practice.
Practice Ends: @ 7:00 and have your parents pick you up by the concession stand.
Practices last 1 hour and consist of running instruction, training, drills, relays, and games.
TEAM SNAP: Communication throughout the season will be done through the app Team Snap. Directions about Team Snap will be sent out via email closer to the start of the season.
